This year has been a blur. I’m looking into the morning darkness and am wondering what has happened to the time. Zoom is the only answer I have. Here are some things that stand out:

  • Brookhollow Estates has now completed Phase 1;
  • Enhanced working relationships with the Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Kindersley Association;
  • Completion of the new lift station in the Industrial Area and upgrades to the lift station at 7/21
  • Opening of Boston Pizza and Canalta Hotel;
  • there are other developments going ahead such as Taco Time;

  • the completion of the Aquatice Centre consultations and final report;
  • improvements to the Kindersley Waste and Recycle Centre;
  • the technical studies and design elements for the new regional landfill site have been completed;
  • there is a new CivicWeb portal so you can access Council minutes, agendas, etc.;
  • the Town now has ownership of the PT Hotel land at the corner of Main and Railway along with the Bakery and those lands are for sale per provincial legislation;

  • progress is being made with the Kindersley Health Services Needs Assessment; and
  • there is more that I have forgotten.
